The development of this system began with the assumption that textile creep (fiber elongation) would eventually compromise the geometry of the tufting. These are issues that typically surface in high-sheen fabrics when subjected to fluctuating humidity levels in large estates. Rather than relying on standard foam density, the design neutralizes this force by integrating a pre-stressed webbing matrix directly into the sub-frame.
This intervention interrupts the failure path before it reaches the visible surface. The satin remains taut, preserving the sharp relief of the diamond pattern regardless of usage frequency.
