1. Intellectual Property (Design Integrity)
The furniture designs, carvings, and imagery showcased on this website are the intellectual property of OE-FASHION.
- Copyright: Unauthorized reproduction of our product photography or catalog for commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- Custom Designs: Designs created specifically for a client's project remain the joint intellectual property of the client and OE-FASHION, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. The Nature of Handcraftsmanship
Our furniture is crafted by hand, not by automated machinery. Please acknowledge:
- Artisanal Variations: Slight differences in carving depth, gold leaf texture, or wood grain are inherent to the handmade process. These are marks of authenticity, not defects.
- Finish Colors: While we strive for accuracy, screen displays may vary from the actual 24K Gold Foil or wood lacquer finish. We recommend requesting physical samples before final approval.
3. Liability & Usage
This website serves as a digital portfolio. OE-FASHION is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of information provided herein. All technical specifications for bespoke orders will be confirmed in the final sales contract.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Foshan, Guangdong.
