  • Website content shall not be interpreted as a substitute for formal shop drawings, contracts, or engineering documents.

2. Intellectual Property & Design Rights

All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to furniture designs, construction details, drawings, photographs, text, and visual compositions, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Website Materials: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of website content without prior written consent from OE-FASHION is strictly prohibited.
  • Custom Commissions: For bespoke projects, the client is granted a non-transferable right of use for the commissioned furniture piece only.
  • All underlying design concepts, construction logic, engineering methodologies, tooling strategies, and manufacturing processes remain the exclusive intellectual property of OE-FASHION, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

3. Nature of Handcrafted Production

OE-FASHION specializes in handcrafted, small-batch, and bespoke furniture production. The following characteristics are inherent to artisanal manufacturing and are not considered defects:

  • Natural variations in wood grain, carving depth, surface texture, gilding tone, and finish response.
  • Minor dimensional tolerances consistent with hand assembly and material behavior.
  • Differences between digital representations and physical materials due to screen calibration or lighting conditions.

Clients are strongly encouraged to review physical samples and approved shop drawings prior to final production.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While OE-FASHION strives to ensure the accuracy of information presented on this website, all content is provided on an “as-is” basis for general reference only.

  • OE-FASHION shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from reliance on website content.
  • Final specifications, responsibilities, and performance obligations are governed solely by the signed contractual documents associated with each bespoke project.

These Terms of Service, solely in relation to the use of this website, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Any contractual disputes arising from bespoke manufacturing services shall be governed by the applicable law and jurisdiction as specified in the relevant signed agreement.

The names “OE-FASHION”, “OE-FASHION Interiors”, and “OE-FASHION Atelier” refer to the same operating entity unless otherwise explicitly stated.
