The "Human-Grade" Standard
At OE-FASHION, we do not distinguish between "pet furniture" and "human furniture" in terms of construction quality. Every pet residence is built using the exact same materials, joinery techniques, and finishing processes as our Imperial Palace collection for master suites.

Structural Timber
FAS-Grade Solid Wood (Beech/Oak). Kiln-dried to 8-12% moisture content. Zero MDF or particle board to eliminate composite glue risks.
Joinery System
Traditional Mortise & Tenon construction. Engineered to withstand dynamic impact loads. Joinery tightens over time rather than loosening.
Performance Textiles
High-abrasion resistant Velvet & Brocade. Crypto-treated fabrics for stain resistance. High-density memory foam for joint support.
Pet Safety & Material Compliance
Understanding that pets interact with furniture differently (licking, chewing, nesting), we enforce strict chemical safety protocols that exceed standard furniture regulations.
Non-Toxic Finishing
All paints and lacquers undergo a complete curing process to ensure they are chemically inert and VOC-free upon delivery.
Food-Safe Curing
For surfaces prone to direct contact, we utilize finishes compatible with food-safety standards to prevent toxicity if ingested.
Physical Safety
No exposed nails, staples, or sharp metallic edges. All carvings are sanded to prevent injury during play.
