Frequently Asked Questions

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

As a bespoke atelier, we have no strict MOQ. We cater to single statement pieces (e.g., one royal bed) as well as full villa fit-outs. However, shipping costs are more economical for larger volumes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally. We specialize in DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or CIF terms to major ports in the USA, Middle East (Riyadh, Dubai, Doha), and Europe. We handle the export packaging and documentation.

Can I customize the dimensions and fabrics?

Absolutely. Every piece is made to order. You can specify the exact dimensions to fit your room. We also accept COM (Customer's Own Material) if you wish to supply your own fabric.

What is the typical production lead time?

For hand-carved furniture, quality takes time. Typically, production takes 45-60 days depending on the complexity of the carving and gilding. Please allow an additional 30-45 days for sea freight.
